The Global Finance Transformation Manager will lead and execute financial transformation initiatives, working closely with the CFO, global finance teams and other key stakeholders to improve financial processes, systems, and operations globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance transformation, project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

They are looking for a passionate Finance Transformation Manager to lead initiatives and improve the way things work within their global finance team, and further drive efficiency within the organization.

Description

As a standalone Global Finance Transformation Manager you will be responsible for leading and executing the financial transformation initiatives for the organization. You will work closely with the CFO, local and global accounting teams and other key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving their financial processes, systems, and operations worldwide to support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the financial transformation projects to achieve measurable business outcomes and benefits
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial processes, systems, and operations
  • Identify areas of improvement in our financial processes, systems, and operations, and recommend and implement changes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the organization
  • Work closely with the CFO and other key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving financial operations globally
  • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and provide recommendations for process improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement plans to mitigate risks associated with financial transformation initiatives
  • Monitor and report progress on financial transformation initiatives to stakeholders and senior management
  • Assist with the budgeting process by setting up cost prices and linking them to markets/customers
  • Serve as a Finance subject matter expert for the ERP system and supports financial operations across the region
Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, finance change management, process improvement or related roles
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, systems and operations
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good exposure with manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Past experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Navision
  • Experience with BI tools will be highly beneficial
