Job Description

Global Game Operations Manager requires candidates to have professional knowledge of global mobile games, especially in the SEA region. And this requires you to solve some intractable problems of our players and operate some social media. Also, you need to cooperate with the developing team and also the publishing team from the Greater China area while building really nice relationships with local players and providing an unparalleled experience for them.
Responsibilities:
1. Solve the problems encountered by local players in the game in a special region such as the SEA, closely communication between local players and the R&D team, and push the publishing team to solve the players' pain points and do the in-depth localization;
2. Assist in the operation of the local social media for the game, and keep social media active and creative;
3. Establish a good relationship with local Mods, KOCs, and KOLs, and promote the implementation of relevant cooperation events;
4. Assist the publishing team in the planning and implementation of local activities, and have some local media resources.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least one year of relevant experience;
2. Be familiar with the custom service and social media operations in the SEA region, and even all over the world;
3. Strong inter-cultural communication skills, empathetic and judgmental, have a special understanding of the requirements and nails of the RPG players;
4. Like playing different Mobile Games/Console Games/RPGs and have your own insights into these games;
5. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a deep understanding of cross-culture background. A strong ability to drive complex decisions is a plus.
