Description Our client is a SGX-listed company with a global presence, and am currently looking to hire for a Singapore-based Global Head of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE). Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this individual as a senior global leader within the Group, will be accountable for leading safety, security and environmental compliance activities across the Group, ensuring that the company maintain the highest levels of safety and security across their global operations. This role will provide leadership to their regional and countries HSSE leads across the Group in Safety Management, in particular safety-related policy, culture, communication, investigations and reporting across the different regions. You will have regional heads of HSSE across Europe, America and APAC reporting in to you, along with functional COEs under your charge. Requirements You will have tertiary education (Post Graduate), with Professional Safety qualifications, and at least 15-20 years of relevant regional/global Safety experience across industries such as manufacturing, Oil & Gas, aviation, logistics etc with MNCs. The role will require someone analytical, meticulous and systematic, as well as being highly adaptable and dynamic in a changing environment. Strong drive and resourcefulness along with the ability to influence senior management and cross\xe2\x80\x90functional teams at the executive level and engage external stakeholders, regulators and partners to drive strategic initiatives, influence and negotiate effective solutions are critical requirements.
