Cloud Operation Responsible to ensure daily smooth operations of Cloud services including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Services such as Cloud backup & recovery, DNS, Web Hosting, Network and Compute Implement and manage Microsoft 365 E5 suite features include but not limited to Azure Web Services, Azure Active Directory, Windows Autopilot, Intune, MS Teams Phone Manage Cloud systems & server administration, act on break-fix for all AWS/Azure events Monitor and provide timely resolution for all cloud incidents and request for Level 1 & 2 Maintain and ensure good systems security is in place and in compliance with group policies and proceduresCloud & Infra Project Management and Services Delivery Manage and work systematically with other IT teams for change request and system management Actively participating in development of processes, procedures and policies related to cloud operations such as performance monitoring and improvement, resource and workload utilization and cost optimization Project management of cloud infrastructure setup and implementation Cloud Systems and Data security to meet strict IT audit requirement Maintain architecture artefacts and documentation to effectively explain architecture design concepts and solutions to various level of stakeholdersCloud Solution Architect Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment Serve as the deep Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of cloud infrastructure solutions which includes multi/hybrid cloud design and implementation Constantly explore new solutions and technologies, integrate learning and recommendations into the development process Specialize in the best practice design, operations, and support of private/public/hybrid cloud infrastructure including Security Recommend new services to complement and enhance infrastructure elements to support applications development and deployment Lead continuous enhancement and exploratory work to design, develop, test and deploy new Cloud Infrastructure technologies using agile methodsRequirement Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, database migrations, and technology management. Hands-on experience implementing and administrating server hardware, settings and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Microsoft Windows Server environment Demonstrate good expertise in all major Cloud Service Providers' products and solutions Has minimally 5 years' experience in designing/implementation/consulting of large-scale private/public/hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions Sound working knowledge of Citrix /AVD Technologies including application publishing Basic knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN operating system environments, TCP/IP The candidate should have attained professional certifications in the following areas with at least 5 years of implementation experience in: PMP/ ITIL/ AWS/ Azure/ VMware certification Knowledge of with DevOps techniques and Agile practices is an added advantage Proficient in multi-tiered architecture, design, and implementation Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure and/or emerging IT technologies engineering in the following area: Platform, storage, database and virtualization, Cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) for Azure and AWS. Strong working knowledge and ability to apply architecture concepts, frameworks, and methodologies to projects Experienced in business and technical analysis, architecture design, project management Ability to communicate IT architecture methods, concepts, standards, and policies Normal office hours staff and on call during non-business hours supportAble to work in a systematic and organized manner Able to work tactfully with team members from different culture and nationalities Constantly strives to achieve results Is determined to complete tasks and projects Reliability, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal manner, patience with end users and ability to work independently are required.
