Would you like to manage and implement a diverse range of projects utilizing best practices, being part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team ?

If so, we have an opportunity as a Global IT Project & Governance Manager within the Global Infrastructure department of CEVA. In this role you will manage the overall coordination of projects, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

The location of this role is in Singapore (CEVA Logistics / Level 9 (West Wing), 164 Kallang Way - Singapore 349248)

What are you going to do

In this role you will

  • Develop and implement project plans that support business and project objectives, timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Work with managers to establish goals and operating plans for the programs and operates within budget parameters.
  • Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal/external customers/business partners/vendors by directing program requirements and financial feasibility.
  • Drive innovative technology initiatives from \xe2\x80\x9cidea\xe2\x80\x9d to implementation including development of business case through post-mortem reviews and ROI (return on investment) reconciliations.
  • Manage team(s) through subordinate managers in complex technology areas. Plan and provide opportunities for continuous training to keep the resources aligned on state-of-the-art technology and trends
  • Ensure optimal investment in, and the proper management of, critical IT resources: applications, information, infrastructure, and people.
  • Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions
  • Track and monitor strategy implementation, project completion, resource usage, process performance and service delivery, using, for example, balanced scorecards.
  • Review services regularly to improve service quality where needed and identify more economical ways of providing a service where possible.
What are we looking for
  • You are highly skilled in Project Management, have the ability to manage complex and diversified programs and to prioritize competing interests across functions.
  • You have knowledge of key customer IT solutions or business processes.
  • You have expert understanding of business functional and operating needs in complex environments.
  • You use best practices and methodologies to ensure demand management and planning, projects portfolio management and support for customers are met.
  • You have experience in reviewing and changing processes to achieve best practice standards.
  • You can influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have outstanding communication and negotiation skills
