:Tier 1 global law firm is looking for a mid - senior level associate to join their Projects Finance team in Singapore focusing on the construction side. The team is well know for acting for sponsors and borrowers, in large-scale energy and natural resources, transportation, and infrastructure projects across the region.This is a great opportunity to join a leading Energy and Projects practice in Asia, and gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals.Candidate requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (UK notional).
• Must be qualified in a common law jurisdiction. International candidates are encouraged to apply including from elsewhere in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K.
• Have a foundational construction capability, underpinned by a minimum of 2 years of transactional construction experience gained in a reputable law firm setting.
• Exhibit a genuine interest and proactive approach to understanding the firm's businesses and industry nuances.
• Thrive in collaborative team settings while also being capable of driving tasks independently.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for building and nurturing client relationships.
• Approach problem-solving creatively, with a focus on delivering practical solutions rather than solely identifying issues.
