Castlery is looking for a Global Onsite Growth Intern to join the Growth Marketing Team!
We are looking for an Onsite Analyst Intern to join our Growth Marketing Team and be a part of our newly formed Global Onsite Growth function. This team is responsible for optimizing and revamping Castlery's digital shopping experience to maximise business outcomes. If you're excited by user analytics, insight generation, and growth hacking, this role is the perfect opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting.
What you'll be doing:

• Support Data-Driven Growth Initiatives - Work closely with our Global Onsite Lead to conduct data extraction & analysis, form hypotheses, and develop data-validated solutions to enhance the online shopping journey
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with teams across product, marketing, and merchandising to answer burning analytics questions, drive proactive insight generation and foster a culture of build-measure-learn
• Enhance Data Transparency - Build insightful behavioral dashboards and user journey reports, training stakeholders to interpret them and make data-driven decisions
• Run Ideation Workshops - Facilitate structured workshops with the Onsite Team to brainstorm and implement solutions that address gaps in the shopping funnel

What you'll need:

• Analytical Mindset - You enjoy working with data, uncovering patterns, and using insights to drive meaningful change.
• Curiosity & Initiative - You're eager to explore new ideas, question assumptions, and continuously improve user experiences.
• Collaboration Skills - You thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy working across departments.
• Technical Aptitude - Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, or any other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Growth hacking - Prior experience, passion or interest with experimentation/AB testing is a plus!

• Duration: Minimum 6 months
• Days per week: 5 days
