What will you be doing?
As the Global Planning Process Owner, Supply Planning, you'll be at the heart of our global operations, owning and evolving planning processes across MAKE, MOVE and BUY. You'll define and maintain process standards, partner with IT and analytics teams to drive automation, and lead maturity assessments to ensure our planning capabilities are future-ready. From designing training paths to enabling continuous improvement, you'll be the go-to expert shaping how planning is executed across Smith+Nephew's global supply chain.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a strategic thinker, a collaborative partner and a change leader. You'll need to bring deep expertise in supply chain planning and a passion for process excellence. At least 12 years of experience in global supply chain planning, with a strong focus on process design, governance and transformation
Proven ability to implement and sustain global process standards in matrix organizations
Expertise in advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis Maestro preferred) and ERP systems (SAP, AX)
Strong communication, project management and leadership skills to influence across global teams
