Being part of the Medical & Professional Affairs global team, we are hiring for a Global Professional Education Manager (APAC region) based in Singapore who will report to the Global Director Professional Education.
Job Summary: The APAC Professional Education Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Global Professional Education strategies and initiatives for healthcare professionals for the Wound Care BA franchise in APAC as part of the wider Medical Professional Affairs team. The APAC Prof Ed Manager will be responsible for driving key business goals of the APAC markets, utilising effective methods for delivering quality Prof Ed programmes for HCPs. This will include both online and in-person activities hosted by Molnlycke, as well as 3rd party conferences and organisations, and events in conjunction with the marketing teams. The Prof Ed Manager will liaise with global functions to align strategy, actions and implementation to achieve the business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Devoted to the outcome:

• Develops the education strategy and sets priorities that enable best-in-class education delivery tied to marketing initiatives, business goals and in line with HCP needs in the relevant markets.
• Adapts and adjusts content, without editing, for use in digital, virtual or in-person presentations. for various customer channels and requirements.
• Identify and implement policies, practices, and procedures that positively impact the organization.
• Work with Legal and other stakeholders to ensure the HCP database is updated and new contracts are executed in a timely fashion for all activities within their responsibility.

Energized by team work:

• Ensure appropriate communication with business partners about the Professional Education strategy, programs and activities.
• Partner across functions to prioritize capability building in a fashion that accelerates the value delivery to customers.
• Provide oversight to the MPA Director, regional Clinical Specialists, sales training, and marketing resources as required.
• Collaborate with other Prof Ed team members on global activities, both face-to-face and digital, when requested by Global Director Prof Ed.

Demonstrate entrepreneurship:

• Identify new ways to engage and educate customers using innovative technologies and ideas to differentiate Molnlycke from our competitors
• Lead and implement changes to the Clinical Learning Hub online education hub based on local needs, collaborating with external agencies where necessary

Passionate about customers:

• Understand the market landscape related to professional education and keep current with industry best practices, content, technology and venues
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with KOLs and HCP agencies in order to identify and develop high-quality Professional Education Faculty.
• Aids in establishing relationships with key Associations and peer groups in order to leverage their educational offerings and requirements
• Utilise KOL and Association member networks as external resources to build content that will augment internal curriculum
• Provides guidance to local Marketing Departments as to all critical dates for online webinars and globally run events
• Ensures proper promotion of global education events

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a health related field
• Has at least 5 years clinical experience in Professional Education in medical device or pharmaceutical environment
• Demonstrates strong strategic thinking.
• Is creative and innovative and demonstrates out of the box thinking
• Demonstrates strong connecting skills internally on all levels within the company and externally with KOL HCPs and third HCP agencies
• Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the business
• Must be pro-active and solution driven
• Has strong organizational skills and is capable to rigorous lead projects (project management)
• Ability to deal well with ambiguity and to manage complexity
• Requires strong communication & presentation skills excellent written and oral communication in English
• Travel on a frequent basis to key markets when required
