A global technology innovator at the forefront of digital transformation and maritime cybersecurity - our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to spearhead commercial growth for newly launched ship cybersecurity solutions designed to help the maritime industry meet the latest IACS UR E26 and E27 requirements.





Your Role



As the Global Sales Manager, you will drive go-to-market strategies, build long-term client partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role will work closely with Business Development team in APAC region to promote advanced cybersecurity offerings for the vessel ecosystem. You will play a key part in expanding market presence, engaging shipowners, classification societies, and industry regulators to ensure effective adoption of innovative maritime cybersecurity solutions.


Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for cybersecurity products compliant with

IACS UR E26 and E27

. Identify and secure new business opportunities across the

APAC maritime market

. Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to provide optimal cybersecurity solutions. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategy. Build trusted relationships with customers, regulators, and key maritime stakeholders. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an active pipeline. Travel approximately

30-50%

within APAC (typically once or twice a month).


Your Profile



Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 4 years in cybersecurity or maritime technology sales.

Deep understanding of IACS UR E26 and E27 regulations (mandatory).

Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with ship systems, IT/OT cybersecurity, or engineering is advantageous. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maritime, or a related field preferred. * Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
