Global Security Manager, OperationsWhat you can expectIn this role, your purpose is to ensure the safety and security of all employees, and facilities in APAC. You will develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs to mitigate risks and threats. Your goal is to provide a secure work environment that enables efficient business operations and protects the company\'s reputation. You will build and lead a program to enable Physical Security-related programs and services in the APAC region.About the TeamThe Global Security team partners with Cyber Security, Legal, PX, Workplace Operations, IT, Corporate Communications and others. Global Security builds risk management programs that can be leveraged to increase employee\xe2\x80\x99s physical security literacy and maturity.What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking forHave experience with security requirements, regulations and compliance for an enterprise data center or critical infrastructure environment (domestic and international).Able to identify root cause and solve complex problems.Experience developing and delivering project communications.Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Able to interpret information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues.Have fluent verbal and written skills in English, Chinese.Ways of Working
