This is a unique opportunity to join the newly formed Global Growth Marketing Team and help shape our SEO approach.In this role, you\'ll support the Senior SEO Manager in shaping our global SEO strategy, and contribute to broader awareness and acquisition initiatives. Airwallex is ambitious about the role of organic as part of our growth model due to its strong fit with high volume SMB customer acquisition. This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Product, RevOps and Data teams, in an exceptional and strategic capacity. If you\'re energised by the above, we\'d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Own the global SEO outreach strategy for Airwallex ensuring that we\'re seen across top-tier media publicationsSupport the website\'s organic growth target with our Corpsite and Content teamsEvangelize SEO opportunities in tandem with Content, PR, Sales and Event teamsProactive in identifying new opportunities / optimising for our backlink profile, taking a kaizen approach to growthCompetitive intelligence, understanding competitor trends and activities in the marketplace, and helping Airwallex be aheadWrite, edit and proofread content as necessary to help aid content ideation and productionAble to create and seize backlink opportunities from a wide range of practices from rich media, thought leadership, reactive and more.Hands-on experience in digital PR best practices, taking the lead in ensuring our content is seen across multiple media outletsComfortable and experienced in working with internal PR and content teams, so that we\'re aligned and ready for reactive link-building campaignsWork with 3rd party review sites to ensure that Airwallex content is up to date e.g G2, Capterra, Trust Radius, etcHelp shape and collaborate with our Content Team to produce prospect/customer-friendly content that supports acquisition and awarenessTrack, monitor and help report on SEO campaigns to understand what is driving revenue and growthHelp establish Airwallex as an SEO leader in the financial services & technology space.What you will bring:5+ years experience in SEO / Digital PR, with 3+ years experience in B2B, SaaS or FintechGood understanding of international SEO and B2B marketingAbility to measure all aspects of SEO performance, work in a cross-functional environment and turn data into insights and actionsComfortable in a fast-moving startup culture - growth-minded and comfortable with ambiguityStrong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performanceStrong understanding of online copywriting and how it impacts SEOEntrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to be hands-onConfident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organisationUp-to-date knowledge of Digital PR best practices aligned with SEO in ensuring we\'re maximising brand presence across organic resultsGood working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AhrefsAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
