Initiative includes strategic transformation and process optimization in addition to delivering solution for significant cost savings. Lead and manage the delivery of assigned scope of the project, end-to-end, ideally through effectively applying the PMI methodology Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan by effectively coordinating people and resources Manage and collaborate within a strongly cross-functional & international project context Use appropriate and effective communication methods to Senior Management and project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, in order to successfully deliver and embed the project within the organization. Provide analysis to measure benefits and risks associated with implementation of strategy or new technology. Support designing solutions to complex business problems and gather requirements from relevant partners (direct and indirect stakeholders) Identifies gaps and recommends solutions for implementation including design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain strategies, models, processes, change management, business intelligence and tools to support business growth and requirements. Leading and implementing digital strategy initiatives for the supply chain, working with IT partners to ensure solutions meet the business requirements. Be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading Knowledge, skills, and abilities : Depth and breadth of understanding of the E2E Supply Chain, preferably with experience with supply chain operational management in logistics. Key initials project would require good understanding of logistics processes, warehouse automation, and its implication to the success of building a seamless supply chain operations. Relevant experience in digital strategy deployment in supply chain e.g., Web-based solutions, analytics, automation. Ability to analyze problems, interpret operational and financial needs, and develop creative and out-of-box solutions. Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects within geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in different time zones. Knowledge of SAP Requirements: Bachelors or Master's degree or University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any fields with Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI etc.) will be preferred 8 years of work experience with Global Project Management in Logistics/Warehousing, preferably in the Life-science and pharma industry.
