Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
The Training and Quality (TnQ) team aims to drive collaboration, optimization, and synergy for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. Our team ensures the smooth operation flow of our processes, removes roadblocks, and ensures processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency for our TnQ teams.
Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse team of quality analysts and training team management, HC planning, and workflow designing
  • Have a clear understanding of moderation quality management methods, moderation quality indicators, and in-depth knowledge of moderation and audit team workflows.
  • Analyze the existing moderation and audit processes and historical data to locate the weak points, problems, and hidden dangers in the quality of moderation from a comprehensive perspective.
  • Refine the moderation quality standard and tailor the practical process according to the business situation, develop a scientific and enforceable workflow, identify areas of improvement, and design an efficient root cause analysis process
  • Coordinate and drive efforts to assure non-conformance and/or corrective action activities are opened and completed appropriately, review the execution performance of the designed process, observe the low performed link from quality data and execution feedback, and ensure the risk elements are identified and traceable to design mitigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including members from Policy, Product, Data Science, and Algorithsm. to improve moderation team and audit team efficiency and quality by moderation strategy optimization, tooling support and policy implementation support.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher
  • At least 2+ years of experience in moderation quality team management and very familiar with applying data modeling and statistical analysis techniques
  • At least 3+ years of operational experience in content Moderation and a Trust and Safety environment in Social Media
  • Possess prior experience in a QA lead / manager within a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment
  • Familiar with all content moderation and livestream quality management methods, ideally have a clear understanding and optimization plan from different dimensions
  • Excellent command of English, able to use English as a working language, cross-cultural work experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills, stress-resilient and strong ability to adapt to any changes, project management experience is preferred
  • A fast learner who is responsible, self-driven, has a hands-on mentality and does not shy away from accepting unknown challenges
