Job Title: Global Transfer Pricing Manager

Summary:

As a Tax Project Management Lead, you'll collaborate with business and regional tax teams, provide strategic tax advice, and contribute to the success of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:Global Transfer Pricing Compliance Management & Advice:
+ Coordinate and/or prepare transfer pricing documentation.
+ Develop and maintain robust defense files for transfer pricing matters.
+ Manage and support transfer pricing audits.
+ Review and advise on intragroup agreements.
+ Undertake operational transfer pricing planning, including reviewing existing transfer pricing processes and implement improvements where appropriate
Tax Project Management Lead:
+ Lead and manage various tax-related projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.
Tax Audit Management:
+ Handle tax inquiries and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities.
Regional Tax Collaboration:
+ Collaborate with regional tax teams to ensure consistent and compliant tax practices.
+ Liaise with external tax consultants to obtain expert advice and support.
Tax Controversy Resolution/Prevention:
+ Proactively identify and resolve potential tax controversies.
+ Develop strategies to prevent future tax disputes.
Contract Review:
+ Review contracts from a tax perspective, identifying and mitigating potential tax risks.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):Minimum of 9 years of experience in tax services within an international firm and/or a global corporate organisation (minimum 3 years).
Prior experience dealing with transfer pricing issues in multiple jurisdictions. Experience handling international transfer pricing audit or APA/MAP is a plus.
Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing guidelines. Some familiarity with Pillar 2 is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with staff at all levels across various departments.
Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects and propose/implement practical solutions.
Ability to handle large amount of information (e.g. group commercial background, business operations, organisation structures, etc)
Comfortable with transfer pricing technology. Experience with Aibidia is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in the digital service and/or telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to embrace challenges and work effectively under pressure.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for understanding and navigating complex issues in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
Qualification Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Tax or Accounting.
CA/CPA preferred (but not mandatory).
