Job Description

: The Global Travel Safety Program (GTSP) is a part of the SOACC Intelligence & Analysis team at Bank of America. In this position, the Travel Analyst supports enterprise business travelers globally and identifies risks, emerging trends, and other travel-related developments to determine potential relevance to Bank of America business travelers. In addition, the Travel Analyst maintains "Enterprise Travel Security Levels," provides pre-trip education to associates traveling to high-risk destinations, and coordinate/arrange ground security measures. GTSP also tracks associates' corporate travel bookings and accounts for traveler safety during security incidents or natural disasters. The Travel Analyst will work with other lines of business partners and various teams within SOACC Intelligence & Analysis to maintain global situational awareness of events that may impact travelers by utilizing various intelligence-gathering tools, vendors, and other resources. In addition, the Travel Analyst assists with producing travel safety assessments, briefings, and other deliverables to ensure appropriate levels of situational awareness during business travel.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor travel security intelligence sources globally.
• Maintain enterprise list of high-risk travel destinations.
• Initiate proper notification of Enterprise Travel Security Levels (Travel Alert, Travel Warning, Travel Restriction, Travel Ban).
• Coordinate ground security measures for all high-risk destinations.
• Provide information to educate travelers globally.
• Conduct Threat Briefings for travelers (as needed or by request).
• Track all employee Corporate Travel bookings.
• Notify travelers of upcoming events or situations that may impact their business travel via targeted messaging.
• Responds to employees' medical and security needs while traveling with the assistance of a third-party vendor.
• Account for the safety of business travelers during security and emergency incidents or natural disasters.
• Assist with Traveler Debriefing program to discuss the security/safety environment with travelers returning from high-risk locations or other areas of interest.
