Job Description

Responsible for day to day front desk operations, administrative operations as well as supporting golf operations.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties


Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):




Manage the day-to-day front desk operations, including opening and closing of the golf counter. Register golfers and process bookings, tee-time reservations, and cancellations accurately. Handle payments for golf, and other golf-related services. Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Verify and record golfers' handicap details as required Maintain accurate records of daily play, bookings, and financial transactions Update social media platform on suspension and resumption of play during inclement weather Provide administrative support and assist in event coordination when needed. Ensure the reception area is neat, professional, and stocked with relevant materials (scorecards, registration forms, etc.) Support other golf operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements


Secondary and above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Conversant in English and one other language Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills * Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
