We're Singapore's first Chai Bar and will be serving up handmade sticky chai, specialty coffees, baked pastries, brunch, as well as craft beers and wines. Following the recipes and coffee/chai/beverage preparation SOPs STRICTLY to ensure consistency . Preparing homemade specialty chai, and specialty coffee . Preparing simple sandwiches and pastries . Working the espresso machine (Black Eagle F1) at Good Chai People . Maintaining and taking care of the espresso machine . Providing good customer service with sufficient product knowledge to handle customer queries . Stocktaking and inventory . Serving of menu items and clearing of tables . Ensuring a high level of hygiene in food and beverage handling . Sweeping and mopping, disposal of garbage, washing of toilet . Ensuring that Good Chai People is safe and clean in accordance to the guidelines set out by Singapore Food Agency (SFA) .Requirements:. . Neat and presentable . Friendly and outgoing . Familiar with IT softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) . Able to proficiently utilise WhatsApp, emails, and FB/IG . Speaks fluent English and Mandarin . Able to type/write proficiently in English . Able to do latte art .
