• \xe2\x80\xa2Support the F&B Services operations, facilities and equipment maintenance, outsourced services, contracts and vendor management standards are met in a cost effective, safe, and efficient manner, and ensure timely monitoring and preparation of management reporting.
• \xe2\x80\xa2Plan and support the catering operations in order to ensure maximum efficiency and flow of food service.
• \xe2\x80\xa2Support the financial sustainability of the F&B Services by ensuring sound budgeting, forecasting, conducting P&L analysis, having good contract management preparing, justifying the operating and capital budgets for the division and departments, and ensuring viable procurement practices are carried out.
• \xe2\x80\xa2Support the review of budgets and variances and assist the HOD in ensuring that the division and department operate within the budget allocated.
• \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, operational procedures, controls for operational processes and service delivery, and identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators to meet the expected standards of performance for F&B services and across any areas assigned, in support of the Hospital\'s strategic direction.
• \xe2\x80\xa2Attend to all wards/patients\' feedback or complaints pertaining to F&B matters
• \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and maintain divisional operational and performance reports for senior management\'s review.
• \xe2\x80\xa2To support the future planning for new F&B Services at ICH, and any other new developments in the Health City Novena campus.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Operations Management / Hospitality / Food and Beverage Services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Driven, passionate and service oriented.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage
