Engagement Manager
Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Central
Remuneration Package: Up to $12,000
We are seeking a proactive and creative Community & Engagement Specialist to grow and nurture the Product Management (PM) community within the organization. The role focuses on fostering collaboration, strengthening professional connections, and delivering initiatives that support learning and engagement among PM practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Community Growth & Engagement: Design and execute strategies to build a connected PM community through engaging content, digital platforms, and interactive initiatives.
• Event Management: Plan and run workshops, networking sessions, and training programmes, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication for smooth execution.
• Programme Operations & Insights: Manage administrative processes, budgets, and engagement metrics to track impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Content & Communication Development: Create and curate newsletters, event materials, and other communications. Collaborate with stakeholders and community members to highlight relevant topics and learning opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product management trends and best practices to ensure community programmes remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in community engagement, event management, or programme coordination.
• Familiarity with or interest in product management principles and practices.
• Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and proficiency with project management tools.
• Passion for building communities and supporting professional growth.
