About the Role

We are seeking a Governance & Compliance Engineer to support our enterprise clients in ensuring systems comply with IT security standards, policies, and audit requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT governance and compliance, with hands-on exposure to audit readiness and stakeholder advisory.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to application/project teams on compliance requirements & audit readiness Conduct verification checks to ensure adherence to policies, standards & security controls Build, maintain and enhance compliance checklists and onboarding documentation Lead and manage compliance onboarding plans and ensure timely completion Work closely with engineering, operations and security teams to remediate gaps Maintain compliance dashboards and reporting (Power BI preferred) Support audit preparation, evidence gathering, and process improvements

Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 5 years

in IT Operations, Governance, or Compliance Strong understanding of IT controls, audit concepts & compliance frameworks Familiarity with

Singapore government IT security policies

(preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive in process improvement and audit documentation readiness Experience with

Power BI / Tableau
