As a Governance & Conduct Risk Management professional at OCBC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank operates with integrity and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and contribute to the bank's reputation and success.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with regulatory developments, identify and assess potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies. You will also need to collaborate with business units to implement risk management frameworks and provide guidance on conduct risk management.
What you do
- Develop and implement governance and conduct risk management frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks
- Collaborate with business units to implement risk management strategies
- Provide guidance on conduct risk management and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
- Analyze and report on governance and conduct risk management metrics
Who you are
- A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in governance and conduct risk management
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
