About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious intern to join the Government Affairs and Public Policy team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of public policy and regulatory sphere. Interns will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including researching regulatory and policy issues, drafting regulatory guidance and memos, and organising meetings and partnership events.

As a Government Affairs and Public Policy Intern, your key objectives will be to:

• Conduct research and analysis on a variety of regulatory and policy issues
• Draft policy memos, briefing materials, and other written communications
• Attend meetings and events with policymakers, stakeholders, and other experts
• Support the Government Affairs and Public Policy team on strategic projects
• Provide general administrative support to the Government Affairs and Public Policy team

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in political science, public policy, government affairs, or a related field. Preferably for those taking a Leave of Absence (LOA)
• Curious, creative, and possesses an open mind that embraces new ideas and perspective \'
• Strong research, communications and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
