\xef\x82\xa7 Track, monitor and provide assessment of strategic/policy issues and their implications to SHEIN\xe2\x80\x99s commercial interests in assigned markets
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and provide recommendations to SHEIN\xe2\x80\x99s senior management and relevant business units concerning political, policy, and regulatory issues
\xef\x82\xa7 Identify and map key policy stakeholders (including political office holders, government officials, regulators, international organisations, non-governmental organisations, and industry associations)
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and drive engagement strategies to reach out and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen SHEIN\xe2\x80\x99s network of partners
\xef\x82\xa7 Formulate and execute advocacy plans to translate policy engagements into tangible commercial outcomes to secure SHEIN\xe2\x80\x99s market access and expansion efforts
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and drive strategic communications plans and partnerships in support of company\xe2\x80\x99s overall policy positioning and profiling \xef\x82\xa7 Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Global Studies, Law, Economics or related field
\xef\x82\xa7 At least 8 years of working experience in government relations or public policy
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience in policy research, development, analysis, and advocacy
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong policy and regulatory network in assigned markets, with a demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact at the highest corporate/political levels to undertake advocacy work
\xef\x82\xa7 Track record of effectively solving complex issues and delivering strong results while maintaining the highest standards
\xef\x82\xa7 Keen interest to translate policy/regulatory engagements into tangible commercial outcomes
\xef\x82\xa7 Exposure to strategy work within a government agency or corporate would be advantageous
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepared to undertake regular business travel to assigned markets
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong analytical, presentation (written and oral) and project management skills
