Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Government and Social Impact (GSI) APAC Coordinator for a 6-month contract period. The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a demonstrated passion for the government and social impact ecosystem of partners. They should also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nuanced GSI partner support cases across the APAC region to ensure timely resolution and identify trends within support cases to help drive systematic improvements.
  • Cultivate relationships and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product or project goals for the GSI APAC team.
  • Work with GSI Partner Managers on specific projects and support new ideas through experimentation, ad hoc analytics, and framework development.
  • Review global or product specific collateral and update to align with local / APAC context.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and accountability on deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years project management or program management experience
  • Experience prioritizing among conflicting demands.
  • Experience working independently and taking initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the APAC market and fluency in English.
Day to day:
  • Refer to JD.
  • Troubleshooting - for e.g. partner comes to the team with issues on the platform and they route it to the right teams to resolve the issue.
  • Follow up and getting resolution on issues/tasks raised by partners.
  • Overseeing support cases to ensure timely resolution - No client facing but this CW will be engaging with partner managers across the region to provide update on different cases
Interaction level with stakeholders:
  • Internal: Partner Managers across APAC, other XFN teams
  • External: None - If they have good aptitude, then maybe they will get this CW to be more involved in external facing.
Preferred industry experience:
  • Experience or interest in the govt / non-profit space (not mandatory)
  • Ideally someone with project/program mgt experience and work in govt industry before. Worked with political parties or non-profit org.
  • Candidates who have worked in tech or MNC work in a similar type of role
