Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:30pm, Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm As an Executive (Career Development), You will be tasked to provide administrative and customer service support to the team. Your tasks may include : . Assisting career coaches in scheduling, profiling, and gathering feedback from clients. . Assisting in data cleaning and data entry of client and coach data basis for trend analysis. . Assisting in providing customer service support to address any enquiries from jobseekers on their applications. . Liaising with various stakeholders to resolve jobseekers' enquiries. Job Requirement: . This is an Entry Level position. However, experience in Administration and Customer Service (i.e phone calls, face-to-face, or emails) will be strongly preferred. .
