Job Type: Contract, 12 Months
Specialization: Human Resources, Recruitment
Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month
Working Location: Buona Vista
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours.
About the Role:
You will be involved in the recruitment of potential leaders to join the social service sector.
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Source candidates via social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn).
\xc2\xb7 Review applicants on the applicant tracking system.
\xc2\xb7 Provide timely updates to candidates.
\xc2\xb7 Connect candidates to appropriate vacancies and facilitate interviews between candidates and Social Service Agencies.
\xc2\xb7 Schedule interviews between hiring manager and candidate.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources.
- Experience in either in-house, RPO or agency recruitment.
- Experience in LinkedIn is an advantage.
