Annual Compensation: Up to $96,000 per annum.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

About the Role:

You will be involved in the development, implementation, and review of HR initiatives which covers Payroll, Compensation, Budgeting, and HR Information System (HRIS).

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Implement a holistic and effective compensation strategy that attracts and retains different staff segments.

\xc2\xb7 Lead and conduct annual salary competitive review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the annual compensation and manpower budgeting exercises.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct job evaluation for key jobs, promotion recommendations and as part of schemes review exercises.

Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in a managerial or supervisory role with similar scope of work.

\xc2\xb7 IHRP Certification is an added advantage.
