Trade Marketing/ Relations Officer/ Coordinator (Contracts) Purpose of the role: Provides marketing and management support to the Trade Promotion Team Job details: 5 days work week, office hours Nearest MRT STATION: City Hall and Promenade Salary range: $3500-$4300 / month (Contracts 12 months renewable) to carry out various duties which may involve multi-tasks relating to one or a combination of the following functions:\xe2\x80\x93 (a) Able to oranise events, liaise with government officials, support assigned administrative duties and campaigns when necessary (b) to assist senior officers in arranging duty visits and meetings and organizing events such as business forums, seminars, webinars, luncheons and dinners (c) to assist senior officers in the work relating to promoting trade relations; (d) to assist senior officers in preparing briefing materials and reports, conducting research, as well as monitoring major political and socio- economic developments in countries under the purview of our office; and (e) to perform other duties as assigned by senior officers Required Qualifications/Skills/Working Experience a) A degree holder; b) Minimum of 2 years working experience; c) Detail-oriented, ability to display strong teamwork, self-motivated, takes initative, hardworking, honest and able to work under tight deadlines independently.
