. Management of overall clinic operations and in accordance with the latest MOH/HCSA and other related regulatory guidelines. . Management of stock take and expiry of inventory. . Ordering of consumables, supplies and medications with Just-In-Time inventory management. . Upkeep of all management reports for submission. . Handling of petty cash and banking of funds. . Checking and submission of all CHAS and Insurance claims. . Annual staff appraisal. . Clinic revenue performance, budget, targets, and cost control. . To check and approve the PO and ensure the inventory level are reasonable and do a check on the holding stock level. . Collate PR, DO, Invoices to Purchasing dept twice a week. . Handling of patient's complaints and reporting to management. . Liaison between HQ and clinic staff.Requirements: . Polytechnic graduate . At least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clinics. . Exceptional organisational and independent problem-solving skills to ensure that quality services are provided effectively. . Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the clinic. . Ability to lead, supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
