Salary will be: $9500 - $15000
Working location: TampinesResponsibilities:

• Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and routine screenings.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and ensure continuity of care.
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and other treatments.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic diseases.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, specialists, and facilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with Singapore\'s legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with medical advancements.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Provide patient and family-centered care with respect, compassion, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution / Postgraduate qualifications such as MMed (Family Medicine) or equivalent are preferred.
• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) for at least5 years.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
