About The Role

• Cultivate client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional and tailored talent consulting services that align precisely with client requirements, thereby fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
• Gather market intelligence and enrich our knowledge base on human capital, while remaining attentive to emerging trends within various industries.
• Facilitate constructive negotiations between clients and candidates, aligning their needs and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop extensive connections within the professional community in Singapore and/or the wider APAC region.

What you will stand to gain:

• Receive direct mentorship in the complete cycle of technical recruitment. This encompasses tasks such as sourcing suitable candidates, screening them according to client specifications, and negotiating and finalizing offers for mid to senior-level professionals.

Candidates we are looking for:

• A preferred qualification of a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduates with a strong academic track record or internship experience, even without prior work experience, are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive mindset.
