What youll bring to the Graduate Programxe2x80x8bTo be eligible for the Graduate program, you must be graduating in 2025 (or graduated from 2023) with a Bachelors degree or equivalent in one of the disciplines listed aboveA commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInterests in international business, current affairs, marine, maritime and shipping, data science/analytics and supply chain would be a benefit for all Graduate roles in the above listed disciplinesThe ability to work independently and within a team with strong interpersonal and collaborative skillsExcellent analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerBI preferred but not essential)Coding experience desirableProgramming language experience desirable (Python preferred)What we offerBe recognised for your contribution, thinking, and hard work, and go home knowing youve helped the world progress.
