Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key supporting role within the company and assist the Principal Building Surveyor and Senior Building Surveyor in all aspects of inspection planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the agreed upon budget, timeline, and scope. This includes supporting to ensure timely execution, proper documentation, and strong coordination across project stages. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior professionals with a strong interest in project management and construction-related fields.

What you'll be doing:

Support project leads in the execution of projects Manage and maintain meticulous filing, project documentation and record-keeping systems Assist in site inspections, tendering and procurement Prepare weekly reports by updating project progress Coordinate follow-ups on site works and punch lists Participate in ad-hoc assignments as needed Explore creativity in project work and delivery Data analysis Assignments based on projects and delivering presentations
