Job Description
We are a quantitative trading and technology firm
seeking talented graduates in mathematics, physics, engineering, or related disciplines to join our graduate training program. After the initial training phase, employees may remain in Sheffield, or be placed on project in London or abroad, depending on the employee's preference.This is a role for individuals who are numerate, curious, and disciplined -- we're looking for raw ability, not polished CVs.
Suitable candidates will have:
A solid grasp of mathematics and probability Logical thinking and strong attention to detail A strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn independently
Additional strengths (valued, not required):
An interest in computing or systems thinking Exposure to the Linux command line Experience with Matlab, Octave, or R
No specific programming experience is required.
You'll be taught the technical stack on the job.Salaries will rise rapidly with demonstrated progress.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
