What you will do

• You will be coached to be familiar with SITA products and solutions
• You will be coached to be familiar with SITA solution processes
• You will be working in a cross-team environment, interacting with multiple functional teams.

Qualifications

Who you are

• A passionate graduate with a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, or Physics who complete the course in year 2021 or before Aug 2022
• Exposure to software design, network design, financials, accounting, and business administration will be a plus
• Great communicator
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
• Great learner, at the same time enjoying sharing knowledge with peer colleagues.

What you can expect

• Participate in key strategic programs/projects, at different stages allowing you great exposure to different teams and technologies.
• Starting off with supporting (and learning from) the team and acquiring the skillsets of a professional business analyst / business consultant.
• Get assigned to a Buddy and a Mentor that will guide you throughout your Graduate experience.
• Be a part of a Graduate community – both local and global.
• Have access to both Technical and soft skills development training.
