Duration: 1 Year Contract

Workdays and Time:

8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri)

Salary: $2800 per month

Grant Application Process:

• Receives application via the Portal
• Ensure that the application is complete with relevant supporting documents;
• Request from applicant if the information provided is incomplete or additional information is required;
• Route the application to officer for review and approval;
• Data entry and maintenance of the applications database; and
• Act on any other ad hoc requests of the officer.

• Receives the claim
• Ensure that the claim is complete with relevant supporting documents (e.g. invoice, proof of payment, six (6) month and one (1) year project reports);
• Request from applicant if the information provided is incomplete or additional information is required;
• Ensure that this is the only one and final claim by the claimant;
• Ensure that the expenses are made within the qualifying period;
• Ensure that the claim is made within the stipulated period;
• Ensure that the amount of claim is within the amount of grant approved;
• Route the application to officer for review and approval;
• Keep track and remind applicants to implement the digital solutions within one (1) year of the approval of the grant;
• Keep track and remind applicants to submit their six (6) month and one (1) year project report on time;
• Data entry and maintenance of the claims database;
• Act on any other ad hoc requests of the officer.
