Administer the Minor and Major Project Grants under the client\'s Grants Scheme. This includes assisting and supporting the Grants Team in the management of the grant cycles; assessment and evaluation of grant applications; content review and project management of successful grant projects; and updating of the grants database.
Respond to general enquiries from public on the Heritage Grants Scheme and/or the Young ChangeMakers \xe2\x80\x93 Youth Heritage Kickstarter Fund.
Assist the Assistant Director and the Grants Team in the implementation of approved recommendations from the Grants Review, including but not limited to the updating of grants guidelines, SOPs, forms, and templates.
Assist with the production of grant-related visuals and/or marketing materials (e.g., EDMs, videos etc).
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned, including and not limited to support the Grants Team in the organising and running Grants Clinics; the archival and migration of grants documents to the e-registry; and, updating of the grants\xe2\x80\x99 webpage.

Salary: $2900-3100/Month
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience with a background in Business or Arts Management/Administration, Arts, Design, History, or a combination of related training is preferred.
Meticulous, organised, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
Able to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Possess good communication and writing skills, with good track record in project and time management.
Results-driven individual who can work well in a team as well as independently.
Competent in MS Office and comfortable working with databases and electronic administration systems.
Experience with design software and/or video editing experience is a plus.
Keen interest in arts, heritage, and culture.
Willing and able to work flexible hours (when necessary), including occasional weekends and public holidays.
