Competitive salaries and benefits, including performance incentive packages, await the successful candidate!About the Position: The Graphic Designer - Manila is a full-time employee, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. The person in this role will be responsible for driving the company brand through the creation of compelling, on-brand web and print design. You will work with a team of talented industrial designers and marketers to execute against brand and product strategies. Specific projects might include design for website; working on email campaigns to promote our products; or managing the design of catalog and store windows. You will need to become intimately familiar with our products and our brand and help bring those to life through your graphic design skills.Job Responsibilities: Digital Design

• Support the marketing team in improving the site and developing email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
• Design and/or create web pages, logos, catalogs, advertisements, digital collaterals, and other communication materials
• Create product designs and creative briefs in different platforms with sensibility in-line with the company's brand
• Produce drafts for review by stakeholders and make revisions based on the feedback received

Photography

• Work on/edit product or lifestyle images for use in web, marketing materials, and applying customer logos onto product images
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images

Print

• Develop hang tags, posters, POS Materials, and other print collaterals used at trade shows and sales calls

Others

• Ensure all projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience relevant to graphic designing
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in designing catalogs, brochures, and print projects.
• Familiarity with the print process and can manage projects from design to production with outsourced printers
• Strong background in design using the Adobe Creative Suite and the likes
• Strong photography skills are an advantage
• Organized, creative, and a strategic thinker who can think at a high level and execute tactical plans
• Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule at Silver City, Pasig (The company is currently on remote work arrangement but will eventually have a back to office plan.)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per monthBenefits:
