Job Description
Contribute to the development of a robust culture through role modelling of Flash Express values and the behaviors which drive this cultureSupport People Department's publications and information disseminationManage and create training invitation for all channels (digital and offline)Design and art direction/ graphics - multimediaContent planning and managementCreate new courses and tools to update current offerings.Execution of multimedia content related to People Department - videos, super graphics, animations, & GIFs materialsSupport Communications & Culture Supervisor and align with Marketing & PR for branding and content.Qualification:
- At least 2-3 years related experience and willing to work on-site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven effective management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong presentation skills.
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
