What You'll Do

Content Planning & Ideation

Research local trends, seasonal events, and competitor activities to inspire content themes. Brainstorm social campaign ideas and help develop the monthly content calendar.

Creative Direction

Draft post copy and captions that align with HelloRide's friendly, urban brand voice. Assist with storyboarding ideas for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Create and support creative briefs for design, video edits, and motion graphics.

On-Ground Content Creation

Capture raw video and photo content at rides, events, and real user moments. Conduct behind-the-scenes shoots, vox pops, and UGC-style street interviews. Help document on-ground activations and brand interactions across the city.

Publishing & Engagement

Schedule and post content across HelloRide's social platforms (IG, TikTok, FB). Monitor social media engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and relay community feedback. Compile weekly/monthly reports on content performance and trends.

Who You Are

A current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related fields. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Interested in Singapore's urban lifestyle, youth culture, and sustainable mobility. A strong eye for visual storytelling and social-first content. Comfortable with shooting mobile-first videos for TikTok and IG Reels. Good writing skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) Motion graphics/animation basics Photography or basic camera handling Prior experience with UGC or street-style content
