In this role, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and executing impactful visual assets that bring our marketing initiatives to life across all retail stores in Singapore. You will produce eDMs, in-store print materials, and digital content that align with both Amorepacific Group and Innisfree brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality visuals that strengthen brand awareness and drive business objectives. This position also provides hands-on experience in multimedia asset creation, AI-powered content generation, and light graphic design for digital learning platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Create visual assets for Offline campaigns, eDM, print materials, and other branding projects Prepare briefs aligned with strategy, and develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts Ensure that design artwork is aligned with Amorepacific Group and innisfree's brand guidelines Manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality designs on time Support the Trade Marketing team in planning and executing in-store promotions and activities Liaise with printers, vendors, and other external partners as needed for production Video editing for social media content related to offline strategy Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve output Work with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirement:

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio Knowledge of digital content requirements (e.g., eDM, social media) At least 2-3 years of experience in related field



Skill Sets

Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Adobe Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Xd Figma) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong adaptability and attention to detail Basic understanding of email design (HTML/CSS) Ability to work well in a high volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluent in English (writing/speaking). Korean speaking will be an advantage

Commitment Period: 6 Months*

Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM) with 1 day WFH*
