The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing his/her expertise in both graphic design and animation. S/he will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and animations to enhance and engage online learners. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can collaborate effectively with the department\'s learning & development specialists.What You Will Be DoingKey Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for

. * Develop and maintain guidelines to ensure design consistency within each project.

to produce high-quality visual content that enhances our online learners\' engagement. * Animation:

• Design and produce animations for online courses and other digital media including websites, social media, marketing materials.
• Work on motion graphics, explainer videos, and other multimedia content to engage and inform our audiences.
• Utilise animation software and tools to create smooth, high-quality animations that stimulate learning through better engagement.
• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the learning & development specialist team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Technical Skills:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, including artificial intelligence tools.
• Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues related to graphic design and animation software.

Job RequirementsQualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and animation.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and animation.

Skills:Software: Proficiency in design and animation tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

• Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design outputs.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, programming language (JAVA script) is a plus.
