Create high-quality branded digital content to be deployed on the client website and all channels of communication with our target audience.
Provide leadership in all aspects of digital graphic design output to ensure client is positioned as an elevated and premium e-commerce consumer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
Collaborate with onshore Ecommerce, Developers & Marketing Team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Graphic Arts, Web Design, Marketing, Art or related field.
2+ years of digital experience (US/AU/UK E-commerce and/or Retail client preferred)
Self-starter with knowledge of the latest trends in email design and development
Proficient in web enhancement technologies
Design social content for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube
Design consistent and compelling expressions of the company's brand identity and follow email best practices, to ensure projects adhere to specifications and standards, including mobile
Experience with an enterprise level email delivery system such as Epsilon, ExactTarget, Responsys, Cheetahmail
Strong eye, attention to detail, organized, creative problem solver and can present creative with key stakeholders using design, UX, and mockups to communicate inspiring brand experiences
Develop engaging innovative e-commerce experiences (focusing on mobile and responsive design)
Maintain and explore design identity aesthetics per brand and oversee projects from concept, execution, delivery to QA testing
Excels at web technology, image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, photo retouching and color balancing
Resourceful and flexible with exceptional teamwork skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
