We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to create visually compelling content and manage our brand's presence across all social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, and the ability to execute creative, data-driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create original visual content, including graphics, layouts, and templates for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
Design marketing materials for both digital (e.g., website banners, emails) and print use (e.g., brochures, flyers, event signage).
Produce and edit short-form videos and motion graphics (e.g., GIFs, Reels) for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Retouch and enhance photos and videos to maintain high quality and brand consistency.
Develop infographics and other visuals to present complex information in an engaging, easy-to-understand format.
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Curate and create a content calendar, planning and scheduling posts across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
Write compelling copy for posts that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and mentions, and interact with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to optimize strategies.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify successful content and inform future campaigns.
Collaboration and brand alignment
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity across all channels.
Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Maintain a well-organized library of all design assets and brand guidelines.
