• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grinding machinery to produce parts and components according to specifications.
• Set up machines, select proper grinding wheels and attachments, and perform necessary adjustments.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Monitor the grinding process and make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain product quality.
• Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, machine settings, and maintenance performed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

• NITEC or higher in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience operating grinding machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of grinding techniques, machine operations, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
