Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training in RF systems, signal propagation, and network optimization within mobility and transport environments. Trainees will gain practical experience through project work, technical mentoring, and exposure to industry standards, preparing them for a career in radio communications engineering.








Assist in RF planning and coverage analysis for TETRA-based railway communication networks. Support installation, configuration, and testing of TETRA base stations and mobile terminals. Conduct wireless radio signal quality measurements and troubleshoot of radio performance issues in tunnels, stations, and trackside areas. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of TETRA infrastructure. Document system performance, fault reports, and maintenance activities in compliance with railway safety standards. Learn and apply relevant regulatory and operational requirements for railway communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades, integration, and field testing & commissioning.
