Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated Project Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to equip fresh graduates with the technical knowledge, project execution skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience required in the rail systems industry. Trainees will be exposed to real-world project environments, focusing on the planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of PSD systems within rail infrastructure projects.








Assist in reviewing and interpreting PSD system designs and technical drawings. Support the planning and coordination of PSD installation activities on-site. Participate in interface coordination with other rail systems (e.g., Civil, Trackwork, Signalling). Monitor project progress and assist in updating schedules using project management tools. Conduct quality checks and support QA/QC documentation processes. Assist in the preparation and execution of Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities. Support troubleshooting and fault analysis during the T&C phase. Prepare technical reports, method statements, and progress documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all project phases.
Job Requirement


Diploma or Degree in Engineering Strong willingness to learn and take initiative. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
