Job Purpose:
As a digital product trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and support the end-to-end how the Advisory Portfolio business for the private banking clients and develop a platform that supports the Portfolio Advisory business
Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with our stakeholders from frontliners (Relationship Managers and Investment Counselors) to understand the current pain points and gaps in portfolio advisory today
• Do market analysis and understand how the competitors handles the pain points and suggest solutions
• Develop some proposal and roadmap to mitigate and resolve these based on the study

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking and Finance preferred
• Aptitude for or foundational understanding of project management principles (planning, organizing, execution).
• Ability to multi-task, be resourceful, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a candidate-centric or service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
• Good public speaking abilities, capable of representing and effectively communicating the DBS Brand.
