Grab Support's goal is to assist our consumers on the journeys of their lives and become an enabler of seamless and meaningful interactions between Grab, its consumers, and partners. We are using cutting edge technologies to solve support problems for all verticals at Grab by building services and applying AI/ML to highly scalable, reliable and available services.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the .

• Collaborate within an Agile sprint team to deliver end-to-end features for our high-volume risk-prediction platform, influencing both its development and operational strategy.
• Be an integral part of software engineering sprints, learn how to design and build the large-scale data platform.
• Leverage the latest AI/LLM technologies to accelerate the development lifecycle.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability in Golang.
• Work on large-scale data systems, leveraging statistics, economic principles and AI to continuously optimize our fraud detection strategies and enhance platform security
• Participating in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Strong understanding of system performance and scaling
• Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
• Strong programming skills in GoLang.
